 Great Machine! January 9, 2009
There are 2 huge trees that drop all of their leaves on our property. We have a drought-tolerant landscape instead of a lawn so getting the leaves out of all that shrubbery has been a pain. This vac is very powerful and was a huge help. My only slightly negative comment is that the nozzle of the vacuum is about 8-9" wide. Most of the time this is a help but when trying to reach down into shrubbery, a smaller nozzle option might be helpful. I found that if I moved the vac back and forth it would more readily pick up the larger leaves. The blower was also a help but it's going to take me a while to learn how to control all of that power!

Blowing without the Wind January 8, 2009
This is a great tool for general yard clean-up. Connected to a small generator, I can reach any point on my property. Not as powerful as a gas engine version, but NO Maintenance! Too many other gas powered machines are constantly needing something... This one is simply "Use it and store it" until the next time.

Care should be taken in assembling the blower tube! Once the tube pieces are joined they cannot be separated.
My husband decided that he would not use the equipment I'd given him for his birthday and wanted to return it.
Because the blower tube was now too long to go back in the box, this made for a nightmare to package for shipping (costly too). I liked the other features which is why I'd selected it, but didn't actually use it.
